At American Pickleball League, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. If your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, we are committed to making it right with a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
